Reports and technological procedures

The ALFEBA processing center, depending on region and Bank’s licenses provides technological procedures and reports exchange. The last one si supported, when the Bank chooses off-line connection to the information exchange between its banking core/ back-office and the ALFEBA’s authorization host/ SWITCH.

On the case of the on-line integration all the information is available through the banking core/ back-office system of the Bank.

Connection to the ALFEBA’s processing center: cards personalization

A set of the technological procedures of the bank’s cards personalization program setup. The time of the execution depends on the specific requirements of the Bank/ Issuer and its licenses of the international payment systems. In the case of the proprietary cards program the processing center doesn’t need any authorization from the international payment systems.

Running technological procedures in batch and real-time mode

When operating through SM3000 PAYMENTS, the Bank changes data on its clients, card accounts, balances, and limits independently in real-time mode. 

Besides, a batch mode of data exchange between the Bank and the Processing center exists depending on region and licenses.

The reports schedule is defined by the Implementation plan of the connection to the ALFEBA’s processing facilities.

SMS-messages and alerts sending costs reimbursements

In the case of using SMS mailing facilities of the ALFEBA Processing solutions, the Bank must reimburse 100% of the telecommunication vendors’ fees during the one business week after the invoice issued, including taxes depending on the region.

PCI DSS cloud costs reimbursements

In the case of using AMAZON or other PCI DSS certified cloud to process the banking cards programs, the Bank must reimburse 100% of the telecommunication vendors’ fees during the one business week after the invoice issued, including taxes depending on the region.

Mailing costs reimbursements

In the case of using express or usual mail services to deliver documents to the Bank or it customers and partners, the Bank must reimburse 100% of the mail vendors’ fees during the one business week after the invoice issued, including taxes depending on the region.

Accommodation and business trip costs reimbursements

In the case if the Bank requested ALFEBA’s personal traveling to the city outside of it headquarters, the Bank must reimburse 100% of the fees and 150 USD per business day during the one business week after the invoice issued, including taxes depending on the region.

Technological training of the Bank’s personal

ALFEBA provides technological training for the Bank’s personal on-line and in the territory of the Bank. The list and schedule of the trainings can be available on demand from the ALFEBA Academy. The fees don’t depend on the number of the personal.
