Taking part in payment systems issuing certification requirements
- personalization of test cards and records; handing them over to the Bank and sending them to payment system;
- preparation of front-end and back office database in the central computer of the Processing centre;
- adjustment of application program software in accordance with the Bank needs (the Bank should have CLIRING ID, BIN/IIN, ICA by that time);
- performing test transactions from other regions of the payment system jointly with the payment system proper. The Processing centre carries out authorization, while the payment system carries out clearing and sends the incoming file to the Processing centre. The Processing centre processes the file, informs the payment system about the processing results, and sends reports to the Bank. The Processing centre can also do clearing for the payment system.

Taking part in Acquiring certification through a point of sale, with card owner’ signature identification against manual cash
On the part of the Processing centre, a representative of payment system performs test transactions with respect to cards of all regions embraced by the payment system through a point of sale connected to the Processing centre when performing manual cash transactions, with the card owner’s signature identification (for all the processing classes); the authorization request is forwarded to the payment system and the payment system certifying person checks the correctness of information received and confirms it to the representative or identifies errors which are subsequently removed by the Processing centre. On finishing the operating day, the Processing centre sends the outgoing file to the payment system; then, the payment system performs clearing and sends Error Report to the Processing centre, and the report is than analyzed by employees of the Processing centre.

On the part of the Processing centre, a representative of payment system performs test transactions with respect to cards or accounting records of all regions embraced by the payment system, acting through a Web-based point of sale connected to the Processing centre – with respect to the point-of-sale payment transactions, with the card owner’ identification based on CVV/CVC2 (for all processing classes), the authorization record including login and password and, if necessary – Digital ID generated by using a separate keychain with the entry of disposable funds; the authorization request is then forwarded to the payment system and the payment system certifying person checks the correctness of information received and confirms it to the representative or identifies errors which are subsequently removed by the Processing centre.
